Today's state-of-the-art manufacturing processes allow premium vinyl floors to rival the look and feel of "wood" planks and "stone" tiles. Advanced photographic techniques provide the foundation for reproducing authentic hardwood and stone on premium vinyl flooring systems. Multiple layers, including photographic film layers and urethane or aluminum oxide topcoats, are fused to create the final product. Some premium vinyl floors come with cork sheets already installed. When it comes to warranties, hardwood floors are second to none. Of course, it depends on the brand and manufacturer you buy, but on average it's around 35 years. Again, like wood floors, LVT floor warranties vary by manufacturer and grade, but the average is about ten years
