Wonderful white oak distressed wood pattern flooring is Milano manufactured by Floormonk. Each board measures 1220 x 181 mm. The total thickness of the planks is 4.0 mm. A 4 mm thick wear layer allows the surface to be ground and reworked up to 4 times. It is not needed in most home environments for the first 10-15 years. Flooring designed in this way is highly resistant to changes in temperature and humidity, so it is installed in most rooms of the house, including the conservatory, except the bathroom. Ready-made parquet products are stable and are used to lay in rooms heated by underfloor heating. Each plank is manufactured with tongue-and-groove profiles by Floor Monk, making it easy to bond each plank. The grading of this oak is mixed. That is, it contains knots typical of oak products. This oak is installed as floating flooring where the underlay is placed on the subfloor below the flooring. It provides additional protection from moisture and acts as a sound and thermal insulator. The limestone core in wood tile floors is denser than the wood-like core in WPC floors. This high density contributes to dimensional stability and protects floors from damage due to temperature fluctuations. This property also increases resistance to scratches and dents that can be caused by heavy furniture.
